How do you charge for your video services?

Our videography packages are all time-based by hour. We will arrive at your event at least thirty minutes before the scheduled start time to set up and get some footage of the venue and the day before the ceremony or festivities begin.

Are you available on my wedding/event date?

Please call us at (805)377-7333 or email info@EuroStarProductions.net to check our availability. Though it is a good idea to book our services in advance to secure your date, we may still have your date available with shorter notice.

How do I book you for my event?

If you are interested in booking our services, we will send you our contract and will collect a deposit to secure your date. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of our services.

Yes. If our wedding packages do not meet your budget or needs, we will be happy discuss creative options with you.

Of course! We highly recommend looking at video samples whether you choose to book our services or select someone else. You will get an idea of the videographer's style and what you can expect or make sure to request for your wedding or event video. You can view our wedding video samples on our site or visit our Youtube channel for access to hundreds of our video samples.

We put a lot of effort into creating an informative and exhaustive online presence of our work and experience in order to save you time; and many of our brides appreciate the convenience of booking us based on our work (all available online). We can be reached every day of the week by phone or email and will of course be in contact with you throughout your wedding day. We encourage you to call or email us any time with your questions. If you would like to meet, we are happy to accommodate you.

What kinds of special events do you film?

We film weddings and special events including birthdays, sweet sixteens, bar and bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, memorial services, and anniversaries.

We offer video projection services, and can create photo slideshows and montages to be shown at your event. We also offer video services to capture your rehearsal dinner and personal Love Story Video.

How long does it typically take for you to complete my wedding video on DVD?

Accepted Answer

It typically takes one month to complete editing your wedding video and to put it on DVD. The timeline can vary based on the amount of editing, whether or not your package comes with a highlight reel, etc. It also depends on the amount of footage captured (more video footage requires more time to edit). We have provided wedding video sneak peaks a few days to a week after the wedding, but typically aim to finish projects in a month's time.
